Koalas live in many different places. They live in Australia. They live in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia. Koalas, like humans, live in societies. In order to feed all koalas, they need to find a large gum-tree forest. The forest also needs to suit the preferences of the koalas. If the koalas can’t find suitable forests, there will be no society.
The areas marked red are Queensland, New south Wales and Victoria. The areas marked Yellow are in Southern Australia.
